Rental Agreement

General Rules

No smoking/vaping on the bus.
No illegal drugs.
No underage drinking.
No standing on the seats.
No weapons of any kind.
No standing while the bus is in motion.
Please no foods on the bus. Jell-O shots are not permitted.
No glitter or confetti.
Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol/beverages & enjoy them while on the bus. However, guests may not carry open containers onto or off the bus. If you spill, clean it up. There is a charge for excessive spillage on the bus.
Guests that leave behind excessive messes or any biohazardous fluids (urine, vomit, blood, etc.) will be charged a cleaning fee of $250.
Driver reserves the right to deny bus access to anyone that s/he feels is a safety risk to themselves or other passengers.

Itinerary Changes

The invoice, as outlined with dates and times, is considered your itinerary. Should the customer wish to deviate from the itinerary during the trip, approval will be at the discretion of the driver, dependent upon factors such as travel times, driver and/or vehicle obligations outside of itinerary window, or other factors. Changes to itineraries may be subject to additional charges for time and/or mileage.

Any trip that extends an hour or more beyond the scheduled end time will be subject to additional charges.

For weddings and special events, the itinerary will be considered finalized 3 days prior to your event in order to ensure your driver is prepared with all necessary details.

Extended / Overnight trips

Drivers cannot operate for more than 11 hours according to PUC law. Therefore, any trip that has an overall duration longer than 11 hours that requires the driver to be on location will be charged additional fees to pay for a daytime hotel/motel room for the driver. For overnight trips the full cost of the drivers’ lodging will be added to the transportation cost. Any lodging costs will be discussed with customer prior to the trip and final payment.

Special Circumstances

Urso Bus cannot reasonably foresee certain events such as storms or floods, breakage or mechanical issues to equipment, sudden road closures/detours, or any other issue beyond the company’s control. Therefore, we are not liable should an unforeseen issue interfere with the passengers’ event.

Customer Agreement

By signing this agreement, I agree to all terms listed above and accept responsibility for all actions of the passengers onboard. I understand that Urso Bus, LLC shall not be held responsible for any action by passengers leading to personal injury. I agree to have my credit card charged accordingly for any damages and/or excessive cleaning fees.
